Teresa is a senior enrolled in the Senior Citizen Project. She deals with serious medical issues, but still maintains a positive attitude. Teresa just keeps on going, and doesn't let anything stand in her way. Always incredibly appreciative for the help, she wrote this beautiful Thank You card.
