The process of enrolling children in our Children’s Project is as follows:
Your family must reside within DuPage or Kane counties, IL. The children we serve through this project are ages 3–12. All families looking to enroll a child(ren) must complete a Children’s Project Application with an outside social service agency, school or self-refer.
To be eligible for the Children’s Project, the family must meet income requirements, and provide 30 days / one month proof of income. Income includes paychecks, Social Security benefits, child support and maintenance (alimony) and unemployment benefits. To submit proof of income, email to outreach@hsp.agency along with the completed Children’s Project Application.
