The electric van was purchased through a generous grant from the DuPage Community Transformation Partnership grant. This van is being used to pick up food and goods in the community to serve the seniors, children and their families coming to HSP's center daily for groceries and essential items. Deliveries are also made to people that do not have transportation and seniors that challenged with leaving their homes. This grant is making a powerful impact in the lives of those struggling with hunger and makes it possible to continue to meet the growing need in our community.
