I can't believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving. We have been busy all week as families and seniors have made their way to HSP to pickup fresh frutis and vegetables, bread, meat, turkeys and sides for an awesome Thanksgiving feast. Everyone is expressing their thanks for everything they are receiving. A mom I spoke to today that came to our center to pickup a turkey and other needed groceries told me, "I appreciate you. I really do."
Today, we received this beautiful card from 83-year old Arlene, a senior enrolled in the Senior Citizen Project. Her message of thanks is because of everything you have given to her over the last 4.5 years since she was enrolled in SCP.
Tomorrow as you enjoy your Thanksgiving day, I want you to know how many people are thankful for you and how much happiness you bring to those in need.
